The faster we can start testing and experimenting with real customers — the quicker we can learn what works, test assumptions, and find the winning formula for success. If there is a choice between a plan and a prototype, we favor spending our time building the latter. If we can re-use existing things to move faster — then we will, yet we are also prepared to invest in doing new things in new ways, in spending time breaking new ground, trying novel approaches, pioneering. Moving quickly and doing original work.
